Zoom properclobber: GZA ‘Liquid Swords’ Box Set Possibly the most prolific and seminal solo album by a Wu-Tang member, GZA’s 1995 release, Liquid Swords is getting the proper treatment in the form of a devoted box set. The tracks are remastered from the original tapes… that’s right kids, TAPES, and includes a disc of instrumental versions. Among other bric a brac, is a book by Boston Phoenix writer Chris Faraone and an exclusive interview with The Genius himself. Hitting shelves July 24. Nice!
